Sinda lived for “Library Day” as a child, always trying to check out more books than was allotted due to a voracious appetite for biographies about famous women, and fiction about pioneers and wagon trains. As an adult, pursuing her dream of theatre and acting, her bookshelf filled with books on psychology, self-help, spirituality and of course plays - lots of plays. Sinda is most happiest when she’s reading fiction and non-fiction that make her think and marvel. She’s a big fan of Lee Smith, Toni Morrison, Sarah Waters, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Louise Erdrich and Cheryl Strayed. Sinda’s secret passion is reading unique children’s picture books and young adult fiction that remind her of the good old “library days”.
